As a qualified Executive Coach and Leadership Mentor, I have rich experience in coaching Founders, CEOs, senior and middle managers and high potential junior managers from across a range of industries. The foundation of my coaching lies in helping people build their self-awareness through personality profiling, values, communication and influencing style identification. We then go on to discuss the areas where clients would like to grow and improve. I support clients in visualising and obtaining positive results with a variety of techniques and astute questioning. Coaching works because it is the client who sets their own outcomes.
As a Leadership Mentor, I listen to what people’s concerns are, ask challenging questions, provide guidance using a variety of different models and frameworks and act as your supporter.

In an SME, it may be the case that there is a less experienced person responsible for the HR function who needs support, advice and guidance from a more experienced person. Or there may someone in a larger organisation who needs support on a specific project. This an area that I love and have spent my career supporting and developing people, some of whom are now HR Directors and Lawyers.
This is an area that I’m passionate about as I have a mixed race background.
Diversity and inclusion was an area of focus at Planet Organic particularly with regard to gender.
